US Navy Corpsman Birthday Hash & Raffle
Saturday, June 16th, 2012

Warning: Warning, there is a lot of shiggy on trail! Shiggy socks and bug spray are recommended. You also might want to bring a dry pair of shoes and socks along for afterwards as you will probably get your feet wet.

Theme: Everyone should wear camo gear to this event. Its fitting since we will be hashing around old artillery grounds.

Where: Meet behind Murphy's Bar & Grill, located at 5915 Memorial Highway, in Tampa, FL.

When: Meet at 5 PM, on trail at 6 PM.

Directions: To get there from I-4 & I-275, in Central Tampa, go south on I-275 for 5.2 miles to Exit 39. Go north on the Veteran's Expressway/FL 589 for 2.2 miles to Exit 2B. Go left on Independence Pkwy for 1.1 miles, left on Memorial Hwy/CR 576 for 1 mile and find Murphy's on the right. Click here for a map.

Trail: This will be a 4 to 6 mile, "live" hare trail, with 1 beer stop, 1 shot stop and a shiggy level of 3 (on a 1-5 scale with 5 being the toughest). This is NOT a dog or stroller friendly trail!

Hares: Thumper Humper, Swamp Nipples and Hannibal Leopard will be the hares.

Suggested Donations: $6 for drinkers and $3 for non-drinkers.

Hash Raffle: Its Saturday, so yes, there will be a raffle. Bring your stuff to donate. One person's trash is another person's treasure.

On After: The on after will be at Murphy's, back at the start.
