Rego Form  Who's Coming So Far  Ginnie Springs Website

General Info: Come join the Jolly Roger H3 and the Nakid Pirate H3 as we invade the Ginnie Springs Campground, located at 5000 NE 60th Ave, High Springs, FL 32643, https://goo.gl/maps/YM7HN for a fun filled weekend of camping, floating and hashing! This event includes 2 nights of camping (Fri-Sat, May 15h & 16th) and Sun, May 17th until ½ hour before dusk. The registration (rego) fee pays for your camping for 2 nights, 4 trails, a gimmie, dinner (on Sat night only), and all the beer you can drink from Fri, May 15th at noon until, Sun, until May 17th about 10 AM. All other beverages and meals are on you as this is a "campout".

Gimmie: The gimmie will include a soft sided cooler to accommodate a six pack of beer, or whatever, and ice while you float down the river. So there's no need to bring a small cooler for the float trip. We will have beer cans and ice available at the river entry point for you to load into these coolers for the main event only, on Sat, May 16th, so you won’t have to carry them on trail with you. The coolers will have JRH3 logo printed on them. Also included as a gimmie will be a JRH3 event toe tag and some snacks so you won't starve in case you forget there is only one meal included with this campout. Plus the park hash a kitchen next to the office that serves food daily as well.

Cost: Please download the rego form, fill it out, sign it and send it along with your rego fee payable to RICHARD GEERS, 7007 Orvicti Ct, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. Or if you want to do everything online, you can send a signed photo copy of the rego form (or at least the info it asks for) in an email to dab@jollyrogerh3.com and then use your bank's on line bill pay system to send a check to the above address. Sorry, we don't accept PayPal. Cost is $69 until Mar 31st. The cost goes up to $79 on April 1st, $89 on May 1st, and $99 on May 14th, or if you just show up and pay in person at Ginnie Springs. But you must let us know you're coming in advance so we can add your nerd names to the list at the park's check in office. Contact Dab for special arrangements for just Fri or just Sat.  Add $20 dollars for each additional camping nights before and/or after the specified dates.  The hash rego fee is non-refundable, but it is transferable, meaning you can sell it to someone else if you need to cancel. For a complete breakdown of hash fees in case you don't want the whole package, click here.

Camping: Bring your sleeping bag, tent and/or camper! We will probably have both sides of the Deer Springs camping area at our disposal, depending upon how many people sign up and pay. There is no electricity in the campground, so come prepared to make your own! However there is one fresh water faucet available. Please, NO GLASS CONTAINERS of any sort are allowed in the park. So, pour your liquor into plastic containers before entering the park! See this map for our designated camping areas, parking areas, etc.

Then proceed to the Deer Springs camping area and look for Dab, or other representative, to get your gimmie. Camping spots will be on a first come first serve basis.
