Hazukashii was the hare, Rectal Room Mate was the RA. 2 Rung Circus was the FRB, Just Shelly B was the FBI and HPV won the brainless award not showing up to his own fund raiser; something about being in the hospital due to a stroke. F'ckle Up accepted the brainless award for HPV and drank out of it for him.

It should be noted that this was Hazukashii's 50 JRH3 lay and he's haring again for the JRH3 this coming Wed!

Between hash dues, donations, raffle tickets and a silent auction, we collected over $2000 for HPV during this hash! The funds will be given directly to HPV's sister to avoid the 15% handling fee the GoFundMe account requires. An HPV Recovery Account has been set up for HPV that HPV's sister and his parents will manage in HPVs behalf.

It was a day of support for our good friend Head Plant Vagina (HPV) in his hour of need. A pack of nearly 40 hashers gathered out at St Pete Beach to hold a fund raiser for our friend, and do what we do best, run a hash trail. It was 90 degrees out, it was a Haz trail, and buzzards circled overhead, as they saw the pack disembark from the cars that took us down to Ft Desoto. Since it was hot, and a special event, a short than usual trail was planned, well maybe not so much planned, but executed all the same. Runners got in a 5 K or better, while the walker’s got a 3 K wander with no shade whatsoever.

Zigging and zagging, trail headed north at North Beach, then swiftly turned south, ending way down at the very southern end of the island. Once the entire pack completed trail, and quenched their parched thirst, it was back in the cars for a return to the Jolly Rogers Grub & Pub. Circle was conducted under the bridge, and many ‘Gone To Longs’ were recognized (or not) with the customary beverage of choice. After the circle, we meandered back to the bar, and filled our faces with pub grub and grog, while Dab yelled out numbers for the raffle, and silent bids were taken on a plethora of booze and lotion baskets.

All in all, it was a wonderful fund raiser, and a great time seeing so many of the old gang back on the hash. Hopefully a few will get the bug again, and become more regular on the hash. On On to a rapid recovery HPV. Come back soon.

Theme: Our dear friend and fellow hasher Mark "HPV" Petit had a massive stroke last weekend and is currently in the hospital recovering. Mark is a self employed person with no medical insurance. To help him out "all" hash cash collected for this trail and the hash raffle, that will be conducted during this hash, will be donated to Mark's Go Fund Me account at https://gofund.me/5f16b7de. Everything will go to HPV account, not just proceeds, compliments of the JRH3.

Trail: 5 PM, 3+ mi trail with a shiggy level of 1, on a 1-5 scale, with 5 being the highest.
